Today we will start off by remembering yesterday. Rhonda Byrne explains that remembering the magic is one of the most powerful practices of gratitude because every day is unique, so each time you count yesterday’s blessings they will be different.
Start todays’ practice by asking: What are the good things that happened yesterday? Did you receive good news? Did you magically achieve one of your desires? Did you feel especially happy?
Remember the magic and list yesterday’s blessings on your Thank you list. Read over your list, feel the gratitude, and say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for each item.
